This WEBSITE is on Pro-bono basis and it is created for imparting free knowledge of labour laws as well as incidental matters connected therewith, which are of public interest. The Website will be mainly useful to Judges, Labour Advocates, Trade Union Leaders, HR Professionals, Labour Law Consultants and Industrial Relation Officers, etc.

I had promised to you earlier that it will be my best endeavour to make this as one of the best Websites in India, but for the reasons, which are beyond my control, I could not devote time to this Website, for I am busy completing my book on Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, which is going to be in three or four volumes and shall consist of about 5000 pages. The book is in the last stages and several indices are being developed and within two months I am expecting to complete the book. For the above reasons, I will not be in a position to devote full time till June.

However, rest assured after November, 2007, I shall be devoting full time on this Website so that i can fufill my promise. Also in respect of my free service through this website or E-Journal I am going to give lot of added features.

I hope you will bear with me till that time.
